Refund Policy

1. Registration Fees

LevelUptrade charges a one-time registration fee to join our network. This fee is refundable within 14 days of registration, provided that:

• You have not activated your trading account
• You have not earned any commissions
• You have not sponsored any partners

To request a refund of your registration fee, please contact our support team through your account dashboard or by emailing support@leveluptrade.com.

2. Monthly Subscription Fees

For any recurring subscription fees, we offer prorated refunds if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or for months where any trading activity or commission earnings occurred.

3. Training Materials and Digital Products

Digital training materials, courses, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once access has been granted. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to the materials, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. Events and Webinars

Tickets for live events, webinars, and training sessions may be refundable under the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests received 30+ days before the event: 100% refund
• Cancellation requests received 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellation requests received 0-14 days before the event: No refund

In case of event cancellation by LevelUptrade, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to transfer your registration to a future event.

5. Commission Reversals

Commissions earned through our network may be reversed and reclaimed by LevelUptrade if:

• The transaction that generated the commission is canceled or refunded
• The commission was earned through fraudulent or prohibited activities
• The commission was calculated or paid in error

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
