For any recurring subscription fees, we offer prorated refunds if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or for months where any trading activity or commission earnings occurred.
Digital training materials, courses, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once access has been granted. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to the materials, please contact our support team for assistance.
Tickets for live events, webinars, and training sessions may be refundable under the following conditions:
